Meet Frank and Tracy Moses

Frank Moses, the owner of FHM Construction, LLC, is a second-generation homebuilder with over 20 years of experience in the Charleston construction industry.  His passion for building began in his younger years watching his father develop neighborhoods.  Frank’s objective has always been clear:  to build an exceptional product and deliver outstanding, committed personal service that will exceed the expectations of his customers.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Frank has an overwhelming amount of pride in his work and always strives to produce a meticulous product.  He loves the challenge of matching his building expertise with the dreams of his customers to help them create the perfect home.  Frank can look at an architect’s design and visualize what that creator had in mind, then ask pertinent questions regarding practicality, usefulness of space, and value engineering to ensure his client stays on budget.  Frank has worked diligently to create relationships with the best subcontractors in the Charleston area who take pride in their craftsmanship. 

Frank works as a team with his wife, Tracy Moses, who specializes in Design Selections Coordination.  While working with the client and/or Interior Designer, Tracy understands the construction process and ensures decisions are made in a timely manner.  She helps FHM Construction’s clients avoid costly mistakes and works hard to stay within the allowances for each project.  If needed, she is available to assist FHM Construction’s clients through the allowance selection process helping to choose flooring, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, decorative hardware, tile/stone selections, paint colors, and more.  She has an extensive list of vendors she works with to help clients obtain the most competitive prices available.
